Web 2.0 and RuBee with NFC of Mobile Learning for Technical and Vocational Education and Training

In this paper, considering networks are very important in mobile learning integrated with web2.0 and Rubee combined near field communication (NFC). We used mobile or smart devices for learning information about technical and vocational education and training (TVET) problem. Mobile learning devices have been used as tools for navigation learning and mobile platform learning information. Based on mobile devices combined with NFC with Rubee, learners not only can study any where and any time, but also can learn in personal way, with powerful learning community, instant and flexible communication, rich social networking resource and etc.
